What remains is a feather-light, ultra-flexible, better-cushioned shoe that promotes stride and allows your foot to move the way it was meant to, naturally. Internal Bootie – designed for a sock-like, secure fit. Breathable Mono Mesh – ultra-thin, lightweight and flexible with micro-perforations for breathability. High-abrasion EVA foam that is a lighter alternative to rubber in the midsole and outsole construction. Collar lining material combines superior moisture wicking properties with a plush feel and comfort. Triangular Lug Design – piston-like lugs designed to propel the runner and improve overall responsiveness and under-foot feel. Reflective details added for nighttime visibility. What Is Natural Motion Running?
The Natural Motion Series from Saucony is engineered to engage and activate a runner's own natural cushioning, stabilization and propulsion mechanisms.

The Natural Motion Series are built with fewer layers, more flexible materials and less structure so the runner's movements are less inhibited, more natural.
